Submission Preparation Checklist

Before submitting, please confirm that your manuscript meets every requirement below. Manuscripts that do not are returned to the authors before review. Details are in the Author Guidelines.

• Originality. The manuscript is original, has not been published, is not under review elsewhere, and is not a translation of published work.
• Scope and type. The topic fits the Focus and Scope, and the manuscript is a research article, conceptual article, or book review (see Article Types).
• Template and length. The manuscript is a Microsoft Word file in the journal template (one column, 12-point Times New Roman, single spacing), no longer than 20 pages including tables, figures, and references.
• Language and abstract. The manuscript is in English, Indonesian, or Arabic, with an abstract of no more than 200 words in both English and Indonesian and three to five keywords. Articles in Indonesian or Arabic also give the title in English.
• Anonymised file. For double-blind review, author names, affiliations, and identifying acknowledgements have been removed from the manuscript file and its document properties.
• Author metadata. Full names, affiliations, ORCID iDs (if available), and the corresponding author's email are entered in the submission form for every author.
• Declarations. Statements on Author Contributions, Funding, Conflict of Interest, Declaration of AI Use, Data Availability, and Ethical Approval (where applicable) are placed after the Conclusion.
• References. References follow APA Style (7th edition); research and conceptual articles have at least 15 references, at least 80% primary sources and at least 80% from the last 10 years, with DOIs where available, and every citation matches the reference list.
• Similarity and AI. Overall similarity does not exceed 20% (references and quotations excluded; see Plagiarism Policy), and any use of AI tools follows and is disclosed under the AI Policy.
• Figures and units. Figures are legible at print size (at least 300 dpi), maps include a scale, north arrow, and coordinate system, and SI units are used.
