Authors who submit to Lingkar: Journal of Environmental Engineering agree to the following terms.

  1. Copyright and license. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication. The published article is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows others to share and adapt the work, including for commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given to the authors and the journal, changes are indicated, and any adaptation is distributed under the same license.
  2. Further distribution. Authors may make separate, non-exclusive arrangements for distributing the published version (for example, depositing it in an institutional repository or including it in a book), provided that the initial publication in this journal is acknowledged and the article's DOI is cited.
  3. Originality and permissions. Authors confirm that the manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not under consideration by another journal. Authors confirm that they hold, or have obtained, permission to reproduce any third-party material (figures, tables, images, or data) included in the manuscript, and that such material is clearly credited.
  4. Responsibility. Authors are responsible for the content of the manuscript, including the accuracy of data and references and the declaration of any use of generative AI, in line with the Author Guidelines and the journal's publication ethics.
