AHKAMUL USRAH: Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Peradilan Islam has the abbreviation AHKAMUL USRAH and is a journal published by the Prodi Hukum Keluarga UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, in collaboration with the Asosiasi Hukum Keliarga Islam Indonresia dan Rumah Jurnal UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh.

AHKAMUL USRAH aims to prosent original articles about current issues and high-quality research trends that focus on Jurnal Hukum Keluarga dan Peradilan Islam, especially in sub-fields, including:

    • Studies on marriage, the rights and responsibilities of spouses, divorce, and the waiting period (iddah) from an Islamic legal perspective.
    • Examination of polygamy and monogamy practices in Islam and related regulations.
  • Children’s Rights and Protection in Islam

    • Islamic laws concerning children’s rights within a Muslim family, including lineage, financial support, guardianship, and education.
    • Issues regarding child protection from domestic violence, inheritance rights, and rights in the event of parental divorce.

AHKAMUL USRAH is scientific journal and published since 2021. Since 2021, AHKAMUL USRAH has been published every February (September to February) and August (March to August). Since 2023, AHKAMUL USRAH will prioritize publishing papers submitted in English.
