Authors who publish with AHKAMUL USRAH: Journal of Family Law and Islamic Judiciary agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Ownership: Authors retain the copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0). This license allows others to share, copy, distribute, and transmit the work, as well as adapt it for any purpose, even commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and source.

  2. Author’s Rights: Authors retain significant rights to their work, including (but not limited to) the right to:
