Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish in An-Nahdah Al-'Arabiyah retain copyright in their scholarly works.

Authors grant the journal the right of first publication under the journal's declared open-access licensing arrangements.

Published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), except where clearly identified third-party material is subject to different rights.

Under this license, readers may copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work, including for commercial purposes, provided that the applicable license conditions are followed.

Users must:
