Al-Faraidhi: Indonesian Journal of Inheritance and Islamic Law is fully committed to
disseminating high-quality research findings to a wide audience. Therefore, this journal
provides full and immediate Open Access to all its published article content.

This open access policy is based on the principle that making research freely available
to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All articles published
by this journal are freely accessible without requiring subscription fees or paywalls.

2. User Rights

In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition, users (readers)
are permitted to:
Read, download, copy, and distribute the full-text articles.
Print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles.
Crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other
lawful purpose.
All the above actions can be carried out without the need to request prior permission from
the publisher or the author, provided that the original author and the initial source of
publication (Al-Faraidhi Journal) are properly cited in accordance with academic citation
standards.
