Al-Faraidhi: Indonesian Journal of Inheritance and Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to the comprehensive study and dissemination of research related to Islamic law. The journal's primary focus is on the intricate field of Islamic inheritance (Faraidh) and the broader dimensions of Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh) and family law. The journal serves as a premier platform for scholars, researchers, and legal practitioners to publish original empirical research, conceptual articles, and case studies that contribute to the development of Islamic legal thought, particularly within the Indonesian context, while remaining highly receptive to global and comparative perspectives.

• Wills and Gifts (Wasiyah and Hibah): Legal frameworks, execution, and disputes.

• Islamic Philanthropy and Wealth Management: Waqf (endowments), Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah.

• Islamic Family Law (Ahwal al-Shakhsiyyah): Marriage, divorce, child custody, and family dispute resolution.

• Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh) and Legal Theory (Ushul Fiqh): Classical texts, modern interpretations, and methodological studies.

• Customary Law (Adat) and Islamic Law Integration: The intersection and assimilation of local traditions with Islamic legal principles.
