Focus and Scope Compliance Policy

The Journal of Sharia Economics is committed to maintaining the integrity and relevance of its scholarly contributions. As such, the journal strictly adheres to its defined focus and scope, which centers on the study and advancement of Sharia-based economic thought, practices, and policies.

Submissions that fall outside of this focus and scope will not be considered for publication and will be rejected at the initial screening stage (desk rejection), without being sent for peer review. Authors are therefore strongly encouraged to carefully review the journal’s Aims and Scope before submitting their manuscripts.

This policy ensures that The Journal of Sharia Economics continues to serve as a credible and focused platform for academic dialogue in the field of Islamic economics.
