Focus The primary focus of the journal is the in-depth analysis of the dynamics between Constitutional Law and Islamic Public Law (Siyasah), as well as their interaction within both national and global legal contexts. Scope of the journal welcomes manuscripts on topics including, but not limited to: Constitutional Law & Constitutionalism, Siyasah (Islamic Public Law), Public Law & Policy, Interaction of Law, Custom, and Religion (Reusam).
