About the Journal

Meukuta: Journal of Law and Society  is peer-reviewed journal published by Program Study of Law, Sharia and Law Faculty, Universitas Islam Negeri Ar-Raniry, Banda Aceh, Indonesia. The journal is  an open-access and peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated to examining the complex dynamics between law, legal institutions, and social phenomena in society. The journal serves as an academic dialectical space for researchers, academicians, legal practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate innovative research findings and critical thinking. Publish twice in year, June and December.
