STUDI KEPUASAN END-USER TERHADAP PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI ARKAS DI SEKOLAH DASAR MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EUCS

The School Activity and Budget Plan Application (ARKAS) is used to support the digital management of school financial planning, budgeting, implementation, and reporting. This study aims to analyze end-user satisfaction with the use of ARKAS in elementary schools using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 46 Banda Aceh involving the principal, treasurer, and operator as respondents. Data were collected through interviews based on five EUCS dimensions: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The results indicate that users were satisfied with and assisted by ARKAS in managing school budgets. The Content dimension was considered supportive of planning and reporting, Accuracy indicated sufficiently accurate data, Format was considered good although users experienced minor difficulties with the menu interface, Ease of Use was considered good, and Timeliness was considered good in supporting planning and reporting processes. The integration of ARKAS with Dapodik and BOS Salur also facilitated data management and financial reporting.
