This study also provides strategic recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of development through collaboration with the community and stakeholders. The theoretical basis uses the concept of Bernardin and Rusel's performance with indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, accountability, and responsibility. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews with village officials and the community, direct observation, and analysis of documents such as financial reports and development plans. Data validity is guaranteed through triangulation techniques. The results of the study indicate that community involvement in planning has a positive impact on development. The results showed that the people of Peunayong Village have a strong commitment in preserving local cultural values and customs, as well as respecting the norms and customs that apply. existing customs. Interaction between ethnic groups, especially between the Acehnese and Chinese communities, is characterized by harmony and mutual respect, despite differences in cultural and religious backgrounds. Awareness of the importance of inter-religious harmony and diversity is the cornerstone of people's daily lives. The post-Cold War era and the rise of new global powers have influenced the democratization process in various countries, including Indonesia, which has experienced a significant democratic transition after the 1998 Reformation. However, this process also presents challenges such as radicalization, social polarization, and conflict that are often exploited by political actors. In the scientific oration of the South Sulawesi Police Chief at the 107th Graduation Ceremony of UIN Alauddin Makassar with the theme "Challenges of the Police in Facing the Era of Democracy (Pilkada Era), the importance of community policing and proactive policing approaches in maintaining security stability and preventing social conflict was emphasized. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with literature study and analysis of oration texts to identify the main challenges faced by the Police. The results of the study indicate that geopolitical changes, social inequality, and potential conflicts due to sensitive issues are factors that need to be addressed. Stunting is a chronic health problem that affects children's growth due to long-term malnutrition. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. The focus of the research is the role of stakeholders, such as keuchik, posyandu cadres, village midwives, and the community in the implementation of the stunting handling program. The results showed that collaboration between various stakeholders has contributed significantly to reducing stunting rates in Gampong Lam Ujong. The Supplementary Feeding Program (PMT), supporting facilities, and active involvement of posyandu and the community are key success factors. Strong leadership, clear procedural mechanisms, and well-allocated resources also support the effectiveness of the program. However, this study also found several challenges, such as budget constraints, low parental participation in supporting children's nutritional intake, and the need for improved program monitoring.
