Analisisi Manajemen Risiko Teknologi Informasi pada Layanan Umroh Digital di Indonesia
Keywords:

This study aims to analyze the transformation of information technology and risk management in digital Umrah services in Indonesia. The digitalization of Umrah services has shifted conventional service systems into technology-based systems covering all processes, from registration to post-pilgrimage evaluation. This research employs a qualitative approach using a library research method by analyzing relevant academic literature. The findings indicate that digital transformation enhances efficiency, transparency, and service quality, but also introduces various information technology risks. The main risks identified include data security and privacy issues, system dependency, digital fraud through illegal platforms, non-compliance with sharia principles, and gaps in digital literacy. Therefore, a systematic and integrated risk management approach is required to minimize potential losses and strengthen public trust. This study highlights that the success of digital Umrah services depends not only on technological advancement but also on comprehensive, inclusive, and sustainable risk management
