Tantangan Implementasi E-Service pada Layanan Haji
Keywords:
e-service, Hajj services, digitalization, public services, literature reviewAbstract
Digital transformation in public services has encouraged the implementation of e-services in the administration of Hajj pilgrimage services. This implementation is expected to improve efficiency, transparency, and the quality of services provided to pilgrims. However, its implementation is not without challenges, including those related to technology, human resources, and policy. This study aims to identify and analyze the challenges of implementing e-services in Hajj services through a literature review approach. The method used is a review of scientific journals, books, and official reports. The findings indicate that the main challenges include limited technological infrastructure, low digital literacy among pilgrims, suboptimal system integration, data security issues, and limitations in human resources and regulatory frameworks. This study recommends strengthening the overall digital ecosystem to support the successful implementation of e-services in Hajj services.
