Abstract
In the initial observation, PAUD istiqamatuddin Nurul Muarif still lacks APE variations in the learning process to stimulate children's fine motor skills so that it causes children's fine motor skills to not develop according to the stages of their age, so a varied APE is needed. This type of research is an R&D (Research and Development) research using the ADDIE model with stages including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The technique of collecting data is through observation in the form of validation sheets from validators to develop multifunctional APE beams, as well as observation sheets from teacher assessments for children. The results of APE development show that the feasibility of APE beams based on educative, technical, aesthetic and material aspects is valid with an average score of 4 (valid) material experts, 3.9 (valid) APE experts and 4 (valid) teacher validations. The practicality of using the development of the multifunctional APE block to move the fine motor skills of children aged 4-5 years based on the teacher's observation sheet shows that the APE used is very practical by presenting an 87% trial (very practical).
